Content Patch #13 -- Hotfix #35

The game has been patched to fix a few bugs.

• Fixed a bug where in-game error messages were WAY too big if the language was set to Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, or Korean
  
• [Modding] Fixed a bug where a var_math Dictionary with rand_num passed to diff wasn't working properly
