Content Patch #13 -- Hotfix #22

The game has been patched to fix a few bugs.

• Fixed a bug where the mod/workshop folder path was wrong on macOS
  
• [Modding] Fixed a bug where inherit_effects wasn't functional
  
• [Modding] Fixed a bug where numerous items weren't functioning properly if inherit_effects=true
  
• [Modding] Fixed a bug where Oil Can wasn't working properly in the Sandbox
