Content Patch #13 -- Hotfix #8

The game has been patched to fix a few bugs.

• [Modding] Fixed a bug where counted_symbols wasn't taking modded symbols into account
  
• [Modding] Fixed a bug where descriptions weren't properly displaying modded symbol and item textures
  
• [Modding] Fixed a bug where comparisons sometimes weren't functioning properly if both a and b were integers
