Content Patch #17 -- Hotfix #1

The game has been patched to fix a few bugs.

• Fixed a bug introduced in Content Patch #17 that would cause a crash if a hotkey was pressed without a controller button assigned to it
  
• Fixed a bug where default controller assignments weren't being reset if none were previously set
