Alpha 5.19

Summary of changes from Alpha 5.16 to 5.19.

IMPROVEMENTS
- many improvements to countries values display
- it's now possible to select on map up to 3 subdivision levels
- Monarch have now a monarch style name

FIXES
- more issues related with calendar and UI
- american culture not more displayed on other regions
- speaker and vice speaker where shown before end of vote
- annoying bug happening sometimes when planning statements
- many issues and wrong displayed values of other countries and regions
- bug related to switching menu during calendar action

- wrong or absent organization name on members
- fixed bug that could occour on polls
- margin of error on polls is now working correctly
- crash when exiting game during turn progression
- confirm stays now on hiring and buying people
- a bug when registering a player for multiplayer
- sending data on multiplayer just to active players

- performance when progressing on calendar
- text and descriptions mistakes

- display current legislature number in parliament window
- new option to control election speed

- people take now holidays when they reach 0 energy
- more energy gained during holidays
- election results displaying functions rewritten for better performance
- election results displayed on constituency is now the average of the constituency
- more performance improvements

- some more user interface issues
- window opening at half in some cases
- crash that could happen when exit game during an election
