This is a friendly reminder to spend all the Community Tokens that you’ve earned over the last two months as the second stage of Steam Community Shop will be over on June 30.

The Community Shop mechanic was introduced several months ago to give players more flexibility with rewards for participating in events and activities held frequently on our Steam Community Hub. Now, instead of getting a predetermined reward, you earn special Tokens that you can later exchange for various prizes in the Shop. If you are not familiar with this mechanic and want to know more details, you can check out this article.

[h2]The Second Stage Ends June 30![/h2]

The second stage of the Steam Community Shop is coming to an end, so remember to go to the Shop in the Homefront Supplies section of your Depot and spend your Community Tokens on various rewards.

Keep in mind that your accumulated Tokens DO NOT transfer between stages. If you don’t want to lose them, make sure to spend all your accumulated Tokens before June 30, 2023!

The Panzer 58 might have fought for the German side, but it's actually a Swiss creation. 1. Go to the Store page.
   
2. Find the "Popular user-defined tags for this product" section on the right-hand side of the Store page, and then click the "+" symbol.
   
3. Select tags from existing ones by clicking the "+" symbol next to the tag, or create your own tags.
   
4. Share your tags in the comments under this post.
   

NOTE: During this event, the reward will only be granted once, regardless of the number of tags suggested or added. It may take us a couple of days to collect and process all the participants, so don’t worry if you don’t get your Token immediately after the event ends.

[h3]Steam Community Shop and Community Tokens: How It Works[/h3]

Community Tokens are a special currency that you earn by being an active member of the World of Tanks Steam Community and by participating in various events and activities.

You can spend your Tokens in the Steam Community Shop in-game to select the rewards you need (rather than a predetermined reward, as it used to be).

To find the Steam Community Shop, log in to the game, enter the Depot from your Garage and open the “Homefront Supplies” tab. There, you will find the Steam Community Shop with all available rewards and their cost in Community Tokens.

Last year, we launched Onslaught, our competitive mode with tons of new features and gameplay mechanics. It inherited the spirit of Ranked Battles and continues the tradition of fair and honest competition, where the strongest players fight on a level playing field.

We’ve already launched two seasons of Onslaught with loads of unique customizations and gameplay adjustments. We've been closely following the evolution and your perception of this mode, improving and refining its mechanics after each launch.

Currently, we’re working on the next Onslaught Season with qualification battles and other improvements, which will kick off in the fall of 2023. But while Onslaught and its features are evolving, Ranked Battles no longer syncs with our current competitive format.

With all of this in mind, we’ve decided to discontinue Ranked Battles with the release of the next update. The Ranked Battles Leaderboard (both on the website and in the game client) will become unavailable. Mode access points in the mode selector and all Ranked Battles interfaces will also be disabled.

[h2]Ranked Battles Store and Customizations[/h2]

When the next update lands in World of Tanks, the Ranked Battles Store and all the exclusive items it contains will become unavailable. However, we’re currently thinking about how to integrate this with Onslaught so that you can still access it. We also want to provide you with a new discount system and make the 114 SP2, a Tier X Chinese reward tank destroyer, available for purchase with bonds in the mode’s Store. We’ll share more details on the Ranked Battles Store transfer as soon as we can.

In the meantime, be sure to use your personal cumulative discount and get unique items while you can!

Ranked Battles Store and personal cumulative discount will become unavailable with the release of the next update.

[h2]Customization Items[/h2]

The temporary seasonal rewards that you may have received for your League status—badges and customization items—will soon be removed and disappear with the release of the next update. The Performance Engraving for your Dog Tag and the Ranked Charge progressive decal customizations will remain yours permanently. Here’s what to expect:


[h2]Annual Reward and Rank Token Conversion Rate[/h2]

Here’s a small reminder in case you haven’t grabbed your Annual Reward yet: You can still claim your Annual Reward before the next update lands! But be quick—time is running out!

Remember that you will have your choice of one, two, or three different items of Improved (bond) Equipment, depending on the number of Rank Tokens you’ve earned. To find out more details, check out our article on the closing of the third Season of Ranked Battles.

Player Support tickets regarding the positions on the Leaderboard and rewards will be accepted only within 30 days after the release of the next update.

Steel Hunter: Reborn is an evolution of the familiar battle royale format, where the last one standing takes the spoils. We've simplified the rules and introduced fresh mechanics to make it easier for new and veteran players alike to enjoy!

[h2]How to Access Steel Hunter: Reborn [/h2]

1. In your Garage, click the event banner in the lower-right corner.
   
2. Choose the Steel Hunter: Reborn mode in the drop-down menu to the right of the “Battle!” button.
   

[h2]Respawns: Get a Second Chance to Become the Best! [/h2]

Now every hunter has a second chance to jump back into the action and take revenge for an early elimination! If your vehicle is destroyed during the first five minutes of the battle, you can automatically respawn in a safe location. You will retain your vehicle’s tier, but you will lose all previously collected shells and Combat Abilities.

When playing as a Platoon, you will have two common respawns, and you’ll be able to respawn next to your Platoonmate within the first eight minutes of battle. To do so, your brother in arms must remain out of battle for 10 seconds, after which you will land next to them.

After spending your respawn(s), you can replenish them when collecting Airdrop loot.

Respawns will allow you to play more assertively and use bolder tactics—but only in the early stage of battle. Use this time to explore the battlefield and destroy all opponents nearby!

[h2]Marauders: Low-Hanging Fruit for Real Hunters [/h2]

As you explore the map searching for loot, be prepared to face Marauders, AI-controlled opponents that are relatively easy to defeat. Consider them a source of additional Combat XP and loot. Marauders will be especially useful for upgrading your vehicle in the early stage of the battle.

There will be three different types of Marauders, and each of them will react differently to your appearance, as follows:

1. Hares sneak away as soon as they spot you.
   
2. Wolves try to cause damage from a distance.
   
3. Bears guard loot and will fight you to the last breath.
   

[h2]Progression System and Rewards [/h2]

The event’s Progression is based on a system of easy daily missions available in the mode. Fulfill them to complete Progression Stages and earn useful in-game rewards, including Steel Seals, the special currency for this mode. Exchange Steel Seals for unique customization items and show the world that you're a true survivor!



You'll also earn Battle Pass Points by completing Steel Hunter missions.

[h2]Vision System [/h2]

The vision system in Steel Hunter: Reborn now works exactly as it does in Random Battles. To spot enemies, they must be within your Radio Detection coverage area or direct line of sight.




Radio Detection. This system displays loot points and enemy vehicles on the minimap within its coverage area. Be aware that using Radio Detection will reveal your current position if you are within range of ​​another player's Radio Detection.

[h2]Matchmaking [/h2]

It’s not always easy for new players to perform well in the battle royale format, especially if they find themselves in matches with experienced Hunters. To give everyone a fair shot at success, the Steel Hunter: Reborn matchmaker will aim to create solo battles with opponents of similar combat effectiveness.

[h2]Rebalanced Special Vehicles[/h2]

This year, eight special vehicles with unique Combat Abilities will continue the hunt! All of them have been rebalanced and will be available from your first battle in the mode. Vehicle Abilities have also been updated to make their individual playstyles even more distinct. You can upgrade each of the eight vehicles from Tier I up to Tier VII over the course of the battle.
