Trade-In is back! Now’s your chance to replace veteran vehicles with new recruits and save loads on the gold purchase price.

Speedy light tanks, versatile mediums, hard-hitting brawlers, and stealthy TDs can be yours by trading in a Premium vehicle from your current collection from January 29 at 11:00 (UTC+2) to February 8 at 11:00 (UTC+2).

Select one of the eligible Tier VI-VIII Premium vehicles, and half (or 60%) of the selected vehicle’s gold value will be deducted from the price of your new one. You can find the list of valid tanks in-game via the STORE and TECH TREE tabs.



[h2]Important Considerations[/h2]

• Event Dates. The trade-in feature will be available until February 8 at 11:00 (UTC+2).
  
• Trade in Tiers VI–VIII. You can only trade in vehicles of a lower or equal tier to the vehicle you want to purchase (no lower than Tier VI).
  
• Trade-in One Vehicle Only. You can only trade in one vehicle per transaction.
  
• Gold Value Fluctuation. The gold value of vehicles may be affected by active discounts on Premium vehicles.
  
• Depot Storage. Ammunition, equipment, consumables, and customizations applied to the vehicle being traded in will be automatically demounted and placed in the Depot for free.
  
• Future Customizations. Vehicle-bound customizations can only be used if you obtain the vehicle again in the future.
  
• Vehicle Crews to Barracks. The crew present in the vehicle that is being traded in will be automatically placed in the Barracks. You will not be able to trade in your vehicle if there are not enough free bunks in the Barracks to accommodate them.
  
• Restore Unavailable. Traded-in vehicles cannot be restored with the Restore functionality.
  
• Garage Slots. You don't need to buy an extra Garage slot when trading in a vehicle. The new vehicle will be placed in the slot previously occupied by the vehicle you've traded in.

The World of Tanks Auction returns with five unique lots, Commanders!

From January 24 through 28, you have the chance to bid for and win exceptionally rare, high-tier vehicles for gold or credits at a special Auction. Every lot will be something unique that you don’t want to miss. There may be brand-new vehicles that will captivate you with their novelty and thrilling gameplay. Certain tanks will distinguish themselves through their striking appearance or unique, collectible status. Watch the video below for more details!

[h2]Accessing the Auction[/h2]
Enter the Auction through the dedicated page in the in-game Store. Be sure to check it daily during the Auction period!



[h2]Auction Rules[/h2]

1. Experience a Dynamic Open Auction: In the open format, every lot is available for bidding at any moment during its active period. You will see the number of available items, the minimum bid, and the deadline for placing new bids. You will also see the number of bids that have already been made and the competitive (median) bid (after the number of bids has exceeded the number of available items).
   
2. Bid With Gold or Credits: Each lot exclusively accepts bets in one predetermined in-game currency: gold or credits. If the cost of a lot is specified in gold, it will not be possible to bid for it with credits, and vice versa.
   
3. Bid Comfortably With Your Chosen Amount: The specified amount in gold or credits will be automatically deducted from your account.
   
4. Manage Your Bids in Real Time: Adjust or cancel your bid while the lot is active. Once the lot closes, no modifications or cancellations are possible, and new bids won't be accepted. Canceling a bid ensures that any credits or gold you spent on it are returned to your account.
   
5. Cross Your Fingers for Victory: The number of winning players will depend on the number of items available. If multiple players make the lowest winning bid and there are more of these players than items to be distributed, priority goes to the players who placed their bids first.
   
6. Enjoy Quick Rewards and Refunds: Within a few hours of the bid deadline, victorious Auction participants will receive their unique vehicles. The remaining participants receive their bids back in full.
   

If 1,000 Auction participants made identical lowest winning bids, and if there are only 500 items to be distributed, the 500 earliest bids will win. Items obtained through the Auction are non-refundable.

1. To find the Steam Community Shop, launch the game and open the DEPOT section.

[h2]Introducing Brand-New Japanese Heavies[/h2]
Six fresh Japanese heavy tanks stand prepared to dominate the battlefield! These versatile brawlers feature well-sloped armor and robust turrets. The higher-tier tanks in this branch come equipped with two gameplay-changing mechanics: double aiming (gun cooling) and hydropneumatic suspension.

Double aiming allows the gun to fire more accurately if you wait a little after the reload. The second aiming circle shows this improved accuracy, which starts working as the gun cools down. Opt for higher DPM with slightly compromised accuracy, or shoot less frequently with pinpoint precision.

• Operational Support accelerates Reserves recharge
  
• Twist of Fate offers a choice between two randomly selected Combat Reserves from a diverse pool
  

With all three scenarios randomly available during Episode 4, gear up for an electrifying gameplay experience!
