Hello everyone!

The awesome people at Hitcents are running an exciting Steam event called The Big Adventure Event taking place right now! From January 21st to the 25th, a great variety of adventure games are celebrating...well adventure, point-and-click and all the amazingly versatile game genres under the adventure umbrella!

And of course, Milo, being an adventurer wonder cat, wanted to join the fun!

There will be all manner of great streams popping up throughout the event, and today, Friday the 22nd of January, at 3 PM CET, you can tune in and watch some gameplay from the Milo and the Magpies Demo! Please feel free to play along! The Demo is available to download for free, and we’ve recently updated the first level based on all of your amazing feedback. We’re very much looking forward to hearing what you think of the changes, leave your thoughts in the #milo-and-the-magpies channel of our Discord (link at the end of this post)!

As mentioned, there are plenty of other amazing adventure games taking part in The Big Adventure Event, and a lot of those games will be broadcasting during the duration of the event! We are very excited to share that Johan Scherft, the amazing artist responsible for the beautiful paintings for Rusty Lake has been secretly working on his own game for a while! And it is a game about cats! 😻 Through our publishing program at Second Maze, we were more than eager to jump at the opportunity to help make his creation reality (if I fits I sits).

Without further ado, we’d like to announce Milo and the Magpies, an atmospheric point-and-click puzzle game with beautifully hand-painted backgrounds and characters! 🐾🐈
