[h2]⚽️ Football Fever Updates[/h2]
Football Fever has one of the shortest average survival times of all our minigames, this is a problem we need to solve! πŸ€”

Last update we increased the size of the ball, but that didn't help enough. This update we've reverted ball size back, and instead reduced the size of the goal. We've also given us the ability to change all of this remotely without game update, which should help us balance live. πŸ§πŸ§‘β€πŸ’»

Besides that we've also made the goal see-through, which should help you defend your goal better when you play in third-person. πŸ‘

[h3]⚽️ Football Fever[/h3]
Our new Football Fever minigame has been met with much love by the community, instantly putting it at the #1 spot in our minigame popularity leaderboard, which had never been taken over before! 🀯

We've learned a lot from all your football matches, and have made some adjustments to the gameplay. The ball is now slightly bigger to help you keep the ball out of your goal. We've also patched an overpowered strategy where the ball hugs the wall, sliding quickly over to another's goal.

Both of these changes will somewhat increase the average survival time of players, which was, and still is, rather low. We still got more work to do! πŸ˜…

Also, we've added music, a badge and an achievement to Football Fever! 🀀

Furniture Crates should now drop a much more varied output of items. No more plastic chair loops! 🫑

Since its inception, Parkour Panic has consistently been one of our most popularβ€”and most challengingβ€”minigames. We are happy to announce that Parkour Panic is now complete and no longer considered WIP!

Time to reveal the official thumbnail! 🀀😍

[h2]⚽ A NEW MINIGAME!?[/h2]
A bunch of you were probably expecting a new official minigame vote, but this time we had to choose the minigame ourselves! 🧐

While we were creating the circular arena map for Twisted Trivia, we quickly realized that this map would be way more suitable for our planned Football Fever minigame. Football Fever's 16v16 free-for-all gameplay requires a circular map, and what's a better fit for the football theme than a crowded arena?
We needed to compare the two minigames to see who's the better fit for the map, so Football Fever had to be the next minigame to release. That said, it's a good 'un! πŸ˜„

Bring some friends, and play Football Fever NOW in Minigame Madness! Very WIP and very FUN! 🀩

πŸ’‘FUN FACT: It's not the first time we've switched maps this late in the development of a minigame; Sumo Shamble actually used to take place on the Blazing Bullets tower map! Only late in Sumo development we discovered that Sumo Shamble gameplay needed a shrinking map, and so the sinking island map was born. 😌

The work-in-progress Parkour Panic has been completely overhauled this update to look way cooler and have tighter gameplay.

The biggest changes: The map has been shrunk by 25% and the tiles have been made hexagonal.
We've also added many other polishing touches, which we'll leave up to you to discover! 🫑

Next update is likely to be the FINAL update for Parkour Panic! πŸ‘€

Twisted Trivia has gained 3 new question types, and received an improved question picker algorithm, leading to much more varied games where questions barely get repeated! πŸ™Œ

The 3 new question types are:
  • "Blurred Minigame Match"
  • "Ensemble Match
  • "Shifted Outfit Match"
I'll leave it up to you to discover what they are! πŸ˜‰

⚠️ We've also translated ALL outfit & ensemble names, so Trivia is now more accessible than ever. πŸ˜„

[h3]🏳️ Summit Scramble[/h3]
Summit Scramble's recent flag overhaul has been received well, and the minigame has risen on the popularity leaderboard because of it: πŸ€©πŸ“ˆ
That said, it severely needed more balancing, so we've added a short grace period before dropping the flag. We've also slightly reduced movement speed up the stairs and reduced flag holder knockback even further at big playercounts for some extra me-time for the king on top. 🫢

We hope both of these changes will help our kings to claim a pyramid for longer periods of time, leading to an overall more structured battle. πŸ‘‘

[h3]πŸŽ‰ Vending Machines & Confetti Poppers[/h3]
Vending machines are a new furniture type that give the player usable gadgets when walking into them!

Gadgets are already used in minigames such as Robot Ruckus (Laser Gun πŸ”«) and Bounty Battle (Stun Baton ⚑). We want to give you access to those gadgets in Condo as well, for whatever purpose you can dream of!

The vending machine currently gives a Confetti Popper as the very first Condo gadget, but in the future you can expect many more gadgets to be available in Condo for extra sandbox craziness! πŸ€ͺ

⚠️ Please note that the Party Popper gadget is likely to be replaced as the default Vending Machine gadget. We're still figuring out how we will actually release gadgets down the line.

[h3]✨ New Manipulator[/h3]
The Condo Manipulator has been using a placeholder Confetti Popper model since the start, so with Confetti Poppers now actually becoming a thing through the new Vending Machines, it was time to update the Manipulator model to something a little more sci-fi, but also a little more familiar. 🧐✨
