Steam Next Fest
Steam Next Fest was blast! We got many wishlists and received a lot of constructive feedback, that we are currently implementing.

A huge part of our current work is the revision of the command system, based on the feedback we gained. It is now possible to select unit classes and e.g. only have the archers attack. Furthermore, we will add several things to the tutorial to make it clearer what to do and when (this will be mostly about the command system and the fight system), so you will have a great game experience. All these innovations will be available to alpha testers by the end of the month.

Next Event
There is also another upcoming event: PAX East will take place from March 23rd to 26th! On this date the demo will again be available free of charge.



Kickstarter Rewards reminder
We would like to again remind all Kickstarter backers from the categories FOR ETERNITY and LOVE CARVING to get in touch with us! Feel free to take a look at the details of your financial contribution; if the status is "in progress", we have everything we need from you. Steam Next Fest
We will be attending the Steam Next Fest on Monday, February 6th - 13th. That means that you will have the chance to check out and play our demo from the 6th - 13th. Expect about two hours of gameplay with Thorald, Hallstein and Valgard! Make sure you don’t miss it!

State of the game
We worked through the feedback we got from the first demo and implemented all the necessary changes, right in time to celebrate the Steam Next Fest with our new demo. This new demo will be enjoyable through the events happening in 2023.
The next step is now to add or further develop some basic features. This includes, for example, the possibility to save your game.

Voice-over
We gave it a try and we really liked it, so here is the great news: All dialogues in SoV will be fully voiced at least in English. Other languages are to be discussed.

Kickstarter Rewards reminder
About 3 months ago we reached out to all backers of the following tiers: For Eternity, Love Carving, Statue Designer, to find out how they imagined their reward to be. Unfortunately, only 1/3 of the backers have responded yet. If you're one of those missing backers, please check your Kickstarter mailbox and follow the instructions. Please be aware that we will no longer be able to implement rewards for the final version after a certain point in time! So hurry up!

Hello folks, we have another update for you!

IG Rewards
We have processed the first visible rewards in the game. Specifically, these are "Statue Designer", "For Eternity", "Portrait" and "Love Carving". The Bakers who purchased this reward received a message on Kickstarter with further information.

Discord
Anyone who's been on Discord lately will have noticed that we're now using Discord's new forum system for our main chat channels. We hope to get a better overview by that - both for you and for us.

Release date
Thanks to the constructive feedback from our community we decided to overhaul some systems. As a result, it is unfortunately no longer possible for us to stick the release date in December. We have set the third quarter of 2023 as the new date. We’re sorry and hope you're not too disappointed, but we really want to do everything we can to give you the best gaming experience possible.

New alpha demo
In the upcoming days we will release the first revisions for all alpha testers. It's not everything what we envision for a 1.0 demo, but we're adding new stuff every day. The demo also includes bug fixes. Due to the many changes, however, new bugs can occur, which is why the demo is only published for the alpha testers.
