Nahual Kids
According to the different traditions of Mesoamerican cultures, it is believed that the first creature to cross over the ashes spread before a newborn baby becomes that child’s nahual, a guardian spirit.
Every newborn has their own personal guardian, depending on their day of birth. A spirit that watches over them and protects them.
Kids can acquire gifts and special powers from their nahual, which can take the form of various animals such as a jaguar, an eagle, a deer, or a snake (among others).
In this concept art from our talented team of artists, you can see some of the younger characters you will encounter in Mictlan, each one with their own characteristics, skills and magic powers, each of them with challanges to overcome and adventurres to live!
