from flickering when hovered

underneath them on unlevel ground

* Fixed doors that are placed by player that are opening,
but not appearing to open

if it fixes a graphical error some users have reported

If any one has graphical errors such as a blue world
or red green and blue shining everywhere with an
invisible terrain, please try to turn off post processing
entirely, i can not replicate this bug on my own pcs,
so those who have the bug please let me know what
happens when post processing is off, i believe its been
narrowed down to potentially be the cause.

To turn off post processing, hit esc, and go to video settings
and toggle post processing.

* Fixed stone foundation #1 from making props float
* Fixed null reference when placing some objects
* Fixed an issue where items placed into a furnace
would end up in a storage youve opened previously
* Fixed buff timers
* Fixed buffs not being removed on death
* Fixed monsters ignoring a player within range when player
reloads the game
* Reduced building placement distance
* Adjusted pivot point of chest items
* Adjusted minimap, made it bigger and made it follow direction of player
* Changed materials on minimap objects, so theyre more visible

categories, solves issues with thumb slider not being correct size

* Changed NPC Trading UI, To Sell : while in trading menu, select an item in inventory,
a sell button will be within the tool tip, To Buy : select an item in trading window,
a buy button will be within the tool tip
