Or should I say "Floaters"?

I wanted to share my new project with you. It's called MEGANAUT, and yes it takes place in the Lorn's Lure universe!

I would have made it a Lorn's Lure DLC, but the gameplay is too different for me to have pulled that off, so you'll get a standalone game instead.

I started this project to flesh out the lore of the megastructure a bit more, and also improve my game design skills. It's a challenge I set for myself - to take what I learned while making Lorn's Lure and see how much I've improved.

I hope you enjoy it once it's out!

[h2]Map Making Contest[/h2]

The contest is now over, and I plan to make a Youtube video where I play the submissions and pick a winner (and reveal the prize).

Give me some time, since I've never made a real Youtube video before, so it may take a few tries. I want to make it entertaining :)

But thanks to everyone who submitted maps! I think there are about 12 now if I'm not mistaken.

I also managed to find a 3D printing company that can print the prize in high quality, so that thankfully is confirmed.

[h2]What's next for Lorn's Lure?[/h2]

1) A big announcement is coming later this week :)
2) I'll continue to improve the map making tools while working on MEGANAUT
3) I tried doing the procedural megastructure and it turns out it's quite difficult... So I will continue to do R&D here, and maybe pivot to something more doable until I figure this out.

Removed culling areas in Foundation (Chapter 6)

These seem to always cause problems so I just got rid of them.

Performance seemed similar with and without, so hope this solves some of the levels not showing up bugs people get!

Linux workshop support pt. 2

Linux support for workshop maps actually maybe? Gotta test.
Also added support for turning fog clouds off in your custom maps. Just set the FogTo's alpha value to zero in the AtmosphereDefinition component (attached to the "Atmosphere" gameobject under "Systems"

Should now have Linux (Steamdeck) support for workshop maps

Theoretically....
I have yet to test it.

Translations updated!

Mostly German language translations have been updated.
Also should fix the death screen text in this locale!
