Update notes for 3/3/2024

Added voice over for intro, shop keep, and journal entries.
New level up menu.
Updated some mini-boss fights.
Added icons for poisoned, slowed, and rooted above character to make an easy visual for the player.
Balanced some of the gem abilities and upgrades.
General bug fixes and optimizations.
