Winter Resort Simulator 2 | Update 14

We are happy to announce that we have just released Update 14 to all players. It includes a few important bugfixes and many improvements, in particular for modders!

Feel free to scroll through the comprehensive changelog:

▶️ GENERAL
- Added auto-backups for lua savegames every time when loading (requested by some players)
- Fixed wrong texture on slot #2 for non-Riedstein terrains
- Added /fixAccountingAssets command. This will remove unwanted depreciation costs
- Fixed a bug that could break savegames together with ABM's custom signs mod

- Some multiplayer fixes and better logging
- Added help labels for the in-game object editor
- Removed maintenance cost for winch anchors
- Riedstein default savegame now does not have any unwanted costs, thus much better balanced
- Riedkopfbahn is now less expensive
- Fixed issues with DLCs not being active on savegames by default
- Added Disclaimer line to log.txt so that players are aware that logfiles may include personal data
- Added new loading screen images
- Diesel price adjusted to current market situation (1.80 € per liter)
- Fixed display errors in helpline description texts (all languages affected except for German)

▶️ ROPEWAYS
- Fixed bug with wrong capacity on Riedkopfbahn section 2
- Omega IV-10 D and Omega V now have recolorable grips!

- Riedkopfbahn carrier count now limited to 85 for both sections
- Riedkopfbahn AI now shows status "initializing" directly after building.
- Slow speed button in Riedkopfbahn parking now only affects the currently active section
- Fixed windows on Omega IV-8 LWI
- Fixed issues with Riedkopfbahn AI initialization process.
- Fixed issues with Riedkopfbahn AI on ropeways with extremely short section 1
- Fixed issues with Riedkopfbahn connection track on almost straight ropeways
- Carrier spacings on multiple sections fixed (e.g. for the Sennigratbahn mod)
- Limited carrier count on multiple sections fixed (e.g. for Riedkopfbahn)

▶️ MODDING
- New Lua API functions as per request of a modder: GameControl.setCameraAllowRotZ() and GameControl.getCameraAllowRotZ()
- New Lua API classes as per request of a modder: EntryLaneEnter and EntryLaneLeave
- Renamed data tables of DLC ropeways as preparation for a public version of Lua data tables
- Riedkopfbahn1AI renamed to RiedkopfbahnAI for better clarity.
