Hello, everyone.

We have listened to the community and decided to make a lot of changes to the game in order to make it better. Thank you all for playing and for the feedbacks (the positive and the negative ones). Both of us (two devs) took all the time we had in the past three days and worked hard to improve the experience.

Your save files from version 1.0 won't work properly in version 2.0. Please, start a new game.

So here is the list of changes: 

- Addition of a puzzle in the office
- Addition of puzzle in the garden
- Addition of puzzle in the guest room
- Addition of three maps in the game (1 floor, 2 floor and the attic)
- Textures were optmized
- Lighting was optimized
- Quiz section is not mandatory anymore
- A key was created to open the drawer in the former Quiz Section
- The podcast scene is not mandatory anymore
- A phone was added so the player can play the podcast
- Added points of light in the game
- The opening subtitles were updated
- The monster noise was lowered
- The character don't see through doors anymore
- No damage triggers in the "attic monster action"
- Bunker ceiling is now higher
- Doc 019 has the right page now.
- Monster post processing is now less darker
- No more flickering light in the bunker section
- Some fixing in the movements
- Now we have made available the secret ending as the main ending
- Minor sound fixes
- Subtitles background changed

Hidden Shelter is almost here! On this January 27th you'll be able to finally discover the story behind the weird accident that leads these young men to a dark tale full of twists.

We have just released our newest trailer with the gameplay. We changed a lot in the game in the past six months. We're almost good to go. We hope to count on you to support us to deliver Hidden Shelter.

The opening video of the horror game Hidden Shelter is released, which presents the characters of the game and what happens in the first moment of the story.

Created by the White Vortex studio, Hidden Shelter is a suspense game which the premise is the search for a friend who mysteriously disappears in an accident near a house full of secrets.

“It is quite an experience to create a game. Making the Hidden Shelter has been incredible. We are learning a lot. We want to be able to tell a complex story through a simple premise. It's a challenge. We hope people can have fun. This video shows a little of who are these ordinary people that got trapped in this sinister situation ”, says Renan Barreto, creative director of the game and author of the story.

Hidden Shelter started its development in July 2020. In addition to Renan, the project has programmer Tiago Neri. “We share our tasks a lot and work on them whenever we have the time.We do everything, creating the art design, mapping, recording the lines, editing, programming and etc. It is a lot of work, but I believe that it’s necessary to invest everything of yourself in a project like this. I hope people have fun ”, says Tiago.

The game is being developed in Unreal Engine for PC and is scheduled for launch in January 2021. The game will have the languages ​​Portuguese and English.
