Small bug fixes

• micro jump uses just one monolith, unit starts with 5 monoliths
  
• fix remote unload to work when undocked
  
• remote unload will move 5 m/am from sentinel to unit per command
  
• stop time and music on game over
  
• update help screens according to console changes
  
• fix to show the resource warnings when the sentinel link is weak
  
• when hints are disabled show the detection timer
