Patch 1.2.1


The following issues have been addressed:
  • Fixed an issue where Levels would sometimes spawn double the intended ships
  • Fixed an issue where power-ups would sometimes persist between contract gameplay sessions
  • Fixed an issue where the Hacking laser would sometimes not activate when the powerup was purchased

Patch 1.2 Now Available!

Are you ready to let the world know you are the top cadet in the Galactic Federation of Several Planets? Do you want to blow up more ships in new and interesting ways? Will you work on commission? If you answered yes to all of these questions then you are ready for our new update!

[h2]Daily Challenges[/h2]
All wonShot players will now have access to the daily challenge game mode. The daily challenge will cycle between 31 unique challenges (all players will have the same challenge on any given day). Compete to see who is the best in the world, or just challenge yourself with some unique gameplay modifiers for experienced wonShot players.

[h2]Contractor Mode[/h2]
The new Contractor Mode will unlock once players have completed the main wonShot story. In this mode players will have 30 days to earn as much money as possible. Unlock powerups and advance to new zones! get the highest score possible and get onto the leaderboard!

[h2]Bug Fixes and QOL Updates[/h2]
  • The cannon rotates faster, making the game much smoother on mouse and keyboard
  • Volume sliders will no longer reset if you exit the game
  • Resolved an issue where priority targets would sometimes not need to be hit
  • Resolved an issue where some achievements were not unlocking upon completion
  • a few performance tweaks that should help players on lower end PCs run the game.

QOL Changes


In an effort to stay on top of feedback and bug reports we are pushing patches to make the game a more pleasant experience. Todays changes are:

  • A timer to show players when the laser will auto-fire
  • A fix for the issue where players could accidentally fire the magnet at a pathetically short distance
  • A fix for an issue where there was a small chance that a hit ship might not explode
  • Audio settings! Change music, FX, and master volume
  • A fix for a positioning bug on one of the Cadet's Quarters trophies

The Customary Day 1 Patch


Hi there Cadets it's me. The Mechanic. It has come to our attention that several "bugs" existed in our laser systems. As such, the higher ups have issued a patch. the following issues have been resolved:

  • Priority targets no longer spawn on top of laser cannons
  • Dialogue can now be skipped by pressing the escape key or right face button on your controller
  • A soft-lock issue in level 99 has been resolved
  • Minimum scores have been globally adjusted for difficulty (slightly!)
