We are Dev team of Microvolts: Recharged.[/p][p] [/p][p]On August 26, we rolled out a major update to the weapon system.[/p][p]Since then, we’ve carefully reviewed the many pieces of feedback you’ve shared. While our hope was that this update would serve as a refreshing step forward, we realize that the intentions behind these changes may not have been[/p][p]clearly conveyed. For that reason, we wanted to break our silence and provide a more detailed explanation of the decisions we made and the direction we’re aiming for.[/p][p] [/p][p]We hope that through this note, our intentions and long-term vision become clearer.[/p][p]

1. Why we reworked the combat mechanics[/p][p] [/p][p]At the beginning of the game, we tried to maintain a traditional FPS-style combat system. However, this approach limited the unique weapon concepts that define Microvolts. We came to the conclusion that the previous system was not aligned with the game’s core identity.[/p][p] [/p][p]With this update, our goal has been to highlight the individuality of each weapon concept and allow players to experience a wider range of playstyles. Moving forward, we want combat to be more than just numbers on weapon stats. We want every weapon to bring unique effects, distinctive traits, and tactical possibilities, giving you the freedom to tune and strategize in your own way.[/p][p] [/p][p]2. Weapon types and concepts[/p][p] [/p][p]This update brings a big change to how each weapon type works. Our goal was to make the traits of each type clearer, so that players can choose weapons that match their preferred style.[/p][p] [/p][p]Melee weapons give players the freedom to personalize their combat style, supported by core movement abilities.
● Mobility Type: High agility allows you to approach enemies quickly and excel in ambushes.
- Movement speed has enhanced than before  
● Range Type: Balanced performance and extended reach provide stable combat.
- Movement speed has slightly enhanced[/p][p] [/p][p]Rifles provide balanced capabilities for mid and short-range encounters, supporting multiple tactical choices.
● Precision Type: Zoom feature gives an advantage at mid-to-long range and supports team battles.
- Zoom performance is enhanced
● Rapid-Fire Type: Optimized for close combat with a fast rate of fire to continuously pressure enemies.
- Fire rate and reloading speed are enhanced.[/p][p] [/p][p]Shotguns focus on fast, decisive strikes in close-range encounters, allowing players to control combat flow. 
● Auto Type: High fire rate for overwhelming opponents in close quarters.
- Reloading speed has been enhanced.
● Double-Tap Type: Delivers burst damage with two quick shots, excelling at suppression.
- Knockback effect has been enhanced.[/p][p] [/p][p]Snipers are designed for dominance at long distances, giving players flexibility to fit their preferred approach.
● Auto Type: Prioritizes sustained output, enabling you to land consistent follow-up shots in mid-range duels with faster reload speed. 
● Zoom-Speed Type: High magnification and quick zoom for accurate long-range shots.[/p][p] [/p][p]Gatlings shine in close-quarters chaos, giving players an edge against groups of enemies.
● Rapid-Fire Type: Provides consistent fast firing, quickly taking down enemies and excelling in close-range battles.
- Fire rate and spin-up speed have been enhanced. 
● Power Type: Offers strong attack power that can suppress foes and shift the battle rapidly.
- Damage and enemy knockback have been enhanced.[/p][p] [/p][p]Bazookas are designed for controlled explosive impact, Bazookas expand tactical possibilities in mid- and long-range encounters.
● Burst Type: Focused on quick fire and successive hits, this type offers high efficiency in close and mid-range encounters.
- Fire rate and reloading speed have been enhanced.
● High-Speed Type: Features fast projectile speed and delivers solid performance with balanced mechanics.
- Missile speed and effective range have been enhanced.[/p][p] [/p][p]Grenades enhance battlefield strategy by creating dynamic and flexible combat scenarios.
● Direct-Impact Type: Explodes immediately on impact, specializing in fast firing and rapid response in combat.
- As explosion mechanics have been modified, both fire rate and reload speed have increased.
● Sticky Type: Attaches to surfaces and functions like a mine, offering strong power and wide tactical options.

Looking ahead[/p][p] [/p][p]Our future plans for MVR include expanding weapon customization and introducing more tuning variations so that every player can express their preferred combat style. We are also planning additional cosmetic options—such as glow effects, which many of you have requested—to provide a sense of visual satisfaction alongside gameplay improvements.[/p][p] [/p][p]Most importantly, we want to emphasize that our focus is not only on balance numbers, but also on your actual play experiences. Your feedback will continue to guide us as we refine and improve the game.[/p][p]
