Patch notes 1.0.19

Fixed an issue where the player could get blocked from progressing when giving up from a DoT on opponent's turn
The tutorial checks on the left side of screen should now look correct in all languages
Fixed localization issues in activist selection screen
Fixed localization issues in merchant/home panel
Fixed small issue where there could be a font error in world map when switching languages
Made sure circus music doesn't keep playing in encounter map when unlocking activist
Fixed issue where locked characters sometimes showed up as unlocked in activist selection screen
Fixed small color issue on the Wendigo back arm, holding phone
Made sure the middle of the screen arrow button works as intended
Made sure the middle of the screen arrow button disappears when casting activist card with slots
There should no longer be a sound when gaining 0 block from plushie
Put music visualizer back in

Accidentally created new bugs with the fix to card infusion, so I fixed those :)

Made sure settings save even before choosing a save slot
If you lose the encounter when trying to recruit an activist, they should no longer be unlocked anyway
Improved flow when choosing not to use an Ability card with slots. It should now be more clear how they work and you can return them and the infused cards easily to hand
Rebalanced "HoT"/"DoT" cards
Made tutorial encounters slightly easier
Made sure clouds don't get stuck overhead when an activist gives up
Resetting a save now resets which opponents you have talked to properly
Fixed visual issue with end of encounter screen backgrounds
Fixed visual issue with Mitra's coat
Increased text border size (it had been decreased due to some font changes)

Fixed an issue where the player was blocked from progressing when losing an encounter with controller

Congrats Japanese players - KreatureKind now has Japanese localozation as well!
