Updated reactor formulas and components for two types
- External circuit - withstands heavy damage, increases resistance to external heat.
- Internal circuit - reduces heat from firing/reloading
Reduced the resource accrual multiplier for underground bases
Increased the effect of the number of modules on the weight of additional armor
Reduced temperature resistance for all mechs
The heatsink module now only affects the cooling of the reactor after overheating
Temperature resistance now affects the heating of the reactor from the environment
Increased reactor heating from weapon reloading by ~20%
Ammo module now affects reload speed
Added power circuits effect on reactor heating
Added display of potential reactor heating

Found a small problem with a memory read error after starting a new game. It doesn't really affect anything, but it's better to create a new save after it.
