ASSAULT SHELL v2.29 Update

This update fixes a small number of things.

+ Fixed a bug where the Sigma ending wouldn't display property.
+ Fixed a scoring bug where extends aren't awarded until after some time after reaching the score needed for the extra life.
+ Misc bug fixes and more.
