The Aurora Treasure 🏴‍☠️💰
You're a MIGHTY PIRATE YARRRRRRR! This one goes a bit back in December of 2023, but we had to feature it. The Aurora Treasure is an incredible new map by Asshai who is responsible for an additional two, equally awesome Escape Simulator community maps. However, "The Aurora Treasure" stands out as a unique gem. In a nutshell, you find yourself as the last surviving member of a pirate crew on the quest for the legendary Aurora Treasure in the frozen North. Guided by the enigmatic Dark Compass, your destination is tantalizingly close. With no alternative but to press on or risk freezing in icy waters, the journey unfolds in this gripping escapade.
The Eccentric Studio 🧪
Brush$troke stands out as one of the most esteemed room builders in Escape Simulator, and this latest creation initially began as an experiment. What started as a casual endeavor to explore new ideas swiftly evolved into an entirely new room that we now have the pleasure of experiencing. Way to go, Brush$troke!

Extra

So this is the first time we're adding an "Extra" category to Community Picks because in this category we'll put stuff that's not necessarily a community room, but some creators are making content that helps other builders make community rooms even better.
LUA scripts ⚙️
GG3L is rocking the Escape Simulator scene by taking the Room Editor to the next level with LUA scripts. Ever heard of LUA? It's a cool coding language that spices up games with extra stuff. Escape Simulator didn't have stairs due to its square room design, but GG3L said "no problem" and used LUA to add stairs, elevators, and slopes. It's a great example of how modding can totally transform a game, giving it a fresh twist beyond what was originally planned. Big props to GG3L for their awesome work!

Great news for all Escape Simulator Builders! We've launched an official ES Wiki to enhance your room editor experience. It's packed with everything you need to know about the game and in-depth guidance for the Room Editor.

Just a heads-up, it's still in Beta, so you might encounter a few incomplete sections here and there.
