Patch 16:
- Renamed logic monorail switches to indicate that they're switches and not gates
- Fixed deleted physics objects not untriggering logic triggers
- Added "Disable Particles" option to trasher blocks
- Added trasher forcefield block
- Fixed Blow-Up Crown not having a name
- Added 2 more gate types to logic blocks
- Awarded event cosmetics
