1.3.7A Update - Early Access Exit Plans
[p]Hey Neighbours! [/p][p][/p][p]Hope you’re having a good week, it’s super cold here in Melbourne right now! Today’s update is pretty important because not only is it a whole new version number, it also marks the start of Garland’s next stage: exiting Early Access![/p][p]I’ll be making a full announcement soon with an updated Roadmap and dates but let me give you the short version now.[/p][p][/p][p]TL:DR: [/p]
_______________________________________________________________________[/p][p]Early Access 1.3.7A - Patch (PC and Mac) (Full and Demo) - 10/07/25[/p][p]_______________________________________________________________________[/p][p]General:[/p][p]- Fixed crash on tally log.[/p][p]- Adjusted graffiti spawn logic and rates.[/p][p]- Tasks - Fixed an issue with demo quests not updating in some circumstances.[/p][p]- Mini games - fixed to being able to run during games and health draining during games.[/p][p]- Errand Run - Temporarily removed references to Record Player, Vinyl Record and Instrument rack until they are readied as furniture.[/p][p]- Errand Run - Added foraging and Crystals to request list.[/p][p]- Lifts - Fixed not being able get t into NPC apartments after unlocking.[/p][p]- Shops - Fixed market stall shop keepers being in wrong position.[/p][p]- FoP - Fixed crash on resetting during swan rides.[/p][p]- Inventory - Added Sunshine Buffin image.[/p][p]- Inventory - Fixed some buffins giving incorrect Buff levels.[/p][p]- Mail - Fixed some dated mail not delivering in certain situations.[/p][p]- Mail (old saves) - fixed some mail saving in wrong format.[/p][p]- Mail - Adjusted delivery dates to be more accurate.[/p][p]- Gardening - Fixed Council Pot displaying the wrong image.[/p][p]- Relationships app - Fixed quest icon so it only shows if quest is accepted.[/p][p]- Cutscenes - adjust opening so it’s more seamless and there is less of a gap during set up.[/p][p]- News/Help - Combined into 1 app with tabs.[/p][p][/p][p]Nightly Summary:[/p][p]- When you go to sleep a summary of your day will now display.[/p][p]- Adjust fade down and sounds for overnight.[/p][p]- More things will be added to summaries so let me know if there’s anything you’d like to track or if you want to be able to turn this off.[/p][p][/p][p]Decoration progression:[/p][p]- Temporarily removed ability to place furniture and plants outside for future Council area unlock mechanics.[/p][p]- Old saves - added ability to place furniture in areas unlocked during completed building events.[/p][p][/p][p]Locations:[/p][p]- Updated map to include uni, beach, farm and mountains.[/p][p]- Updated map image in TV and Get Map task.[/p][p]- Updated farm and mountain level layouts.[/p][p]- Fixed return to apartment location being incorrect in some apartments during events. eg after break up.[/p][p]- Farm, restaurant - Adjust ambient sound levels.[/p][p][/p][p]Collect Haruka’s Sketches
- Oh no, Haruka has lost a bunch of pages from her sketchbook and they could be anywhere around Garland! She’s pretty embarrassed about some of them because of reasons… so you should probably find them![/p][p]- Added sketches tab to scrapbook app.[/p][p]- Updated Haruka’s first petal event to reference sketches.[/p][p]- 5 sketches added to collect in hidden locations around Garland.[/p][p][/p][p]Fishing:[/p][p]- Mini game now is more interactive with tapping left/right, holding up/down.[/p][p]- Updated artwork.[/p][p][/p][p]Rocks:[/p][p]- Added rocks that you can break with multiple hammer hits. Rocks give pebbles every 3 hits and randomise the number of pebbles available.[/p][p]- Rocks spawn in non-city levels.[/p][p][/p][p]Petal Events/Relationships:[/p][p]- Fixed certain circumstances causing the wrong track events to trigger. eg romance events while friends, friend events while romantic etc.[/p][p]- Added a check so you can only do 1 event per npc per day.[/p][p]- Weddings - adjust achievement text and added more tallies.[/p][p]- Weddings - fixed event not changing relationship status to married.
