1.3.6G Update - April, Finn, Sage, Ryan, Quinn and Elle's Petal Events!

Hey Neighbours!

Petal events, petal events, petal events! It's raining petals so hard it might as well be the Festival of Petals.

Today's update is mostly in adding events for April, Finn, Sage, Ryan, Quinn and Elle but there are a couple of other things as well including:

- A few updates and fixes for the Man Hunt Private Detective mini game
- Upgraded levels and heaps of art for minor npcs.
- The start of some major optimisations for animals, items and crops. These were required for the included petal events but there are a few bugs that I'm fixing around them so they might be a little bit funky (placement, depth, movement off) until the next update or two.

Chugging along, I'm aiming to complete the remaining petal events in the next 2 updates then I'll be fully onto bug fixing and ui fixes so I can get the controller/steam deck support 100%.

Early Access 1.3.6H - Patch (PC and Mac) (Full only) - 07/06/24
General:
- Updated Finn’s apartment interior
- Private Detective - Man Hunt - Fixed unable to move bug and some small general fixes.
- Private Detective - Man Hunt - Fixed getting paid even if failing.
- Minor updates to weather for future optimisations.
- Upgraded karaoke room
- Added Birch Tower Basement level
- Updated boat design at docks.
- Started organising relationship scripts for future optimisation
- Added room 100 to prevent scheduling crash.
- Added ability and UI (scripted only) to be able to give NPCs items during cutscenes.
- Fixed issue with text boxes during phone conversations persisting as the wrong colour after a phone conversation.
- Added phone NPC for phone conversations.
- Fixed hover animation when moving items in inventory
- Updated in-world items to have correct offsets and use single sprite sheets.

Note: plants that have been planted on top of plant stands may behave a bit weirdly right now, working on it!
- Started converting animals for future optimisation and pets.
