[h2]New Skin for Wukong: The Mighty Monkey King![/h2]

We released a new skin for Wukong, which will unlock automatically after beating trial level 0. You can also check it out in the Tutorial:



[h2]New Hero: Holy Monk[/h2]

We finished the development of a new hero, Holy Monk! As the 10th reincarnation of the Buddha of Life, Holy Monk have some special abilities:

• capture normal or elite NPCs as his Guardians and fight for him in combat
  
• play curse cards to his advantage
  
• apply unique Debuffs Good and Evil to enemies and manipulate them accordingly

We upgraded the main title theme, redesigned the UI, and adjusted the team alignment in combat.

We also added a brand new Challenge Mode for each Hero. Each challenge is one combat, with special winning conditions (e.g. a given deck, rescue hostage, or protect teammates).

The new version of Divinity Chronicles: Journey to the West is ready!

This update includes new game modes, new optional characters, and new game content. In the Demo version, you can experience the content of the trial mode and the first chapter of the story mode. Join our Discord to share game experience and apply for beta tester to test our latest build with more content.



[h2] New Hero: White Dragon[/h2]
White dragon is drop-dead gorgeous with its unique mechanism and gameplay. From the beginning of the journey, he goes with the soul of her sister Dragon Princess. Dragon Princess can provide the white dragon with Spirit Power during the battle ; store and activate Guardian Sword in the battle; learn the skills of other teammates through Soul Acquisition and recover Spirit Power in the camp, etc.. Please experience the game to discover more gameplay and features.




[h2]New Chapter: Hindu[/h2]
The first three chapters of the game have been completed. You will encounter more challenges in a new area Hindu. As the adventure progresses, you will also learn more about dark secrets of the Realm of Divinity.

For a more immersed gaming experience of players, we’ve added background music for the main interface, map, battle, and other scenes to the game, making it highly entertaining. We suggest that those who want an in-depth experience should play it with headphones.

As time goes by, a major version update of Divinity Chronicles: Journey to the West is coming soon. To achieve a better experience and more expectations for the gamers, we’ve decided to remove the current version of the Demo temporarily and release the new version in mid-December.
 

What we can see in the new version include:

• New hero: White Dragon
  
• New chapter: Tianzhu (corresponding to a brand-new monster and boss)
  
• Brand new novice story mode
  
• Background music of some scenes
  
• Optimization of the user interface
  
• The balance and correction of Wukong card

• New hero: Tang Seng
  
• Music creation for the remaining scenes
  
• New game modes
  
• Continuous optimization of the user interface to improve the user experience
