Dev Diary #19 Bug fixes, game improvements, roadmap, new screenshots!

Hey!

Last weeks were quieter, but we're back with the noise :D

I don't know if you guys know, but making a game is a constant struggle for every little element to be as cool as possible... And working. We wanted to release the demo already in May, now we hope to do it in June. There's a lot to look forward to!

And next week, for those of you who like to play products that don't quite work, we will announce another call for alpha tests. Start having fun :)

In recent weeks, apart from working on fixing bugs and improving the game, we were also creating our first NPC (pic rel - motion capture in Bones.studio), preparing the paint shop, the sticker system and the tuning system. And we played the game hundreds of times.

The upcoming plan looks like this:
1. next week - announce alpha testing and send out keys.
2. end of the month - finishing and publishing a playable demo.

For those who want to stay as alpha testers we will prepare a separate calendar of closed tests :)

Apart from the demo, we are also working on the trailer and made some new screenshots. Enjoy! :D

Dev Diary #16 - Working on engine

Hi!

Last week we showed you how the entire car is worked on in our game. This time we show you a mission where we work on the engine to improve its performance.
See for yourself :)

Also, this week we are working hard on tasks that are not very spectacular :) That is:
- Baking lights for scene optimization
- Preparing and testing the mission system
- Improving gameplay
- Working on the game's first NPC

Best,
Darek

Dev Diary #15 - We are working on the first mission in the game!

Hi!

In today's dev diary we want to present you with the game start and the first mission beginning. This is a big step for us :slightly_smiling_face: We've got a lot of graphics done, a lot of cars and engines, and now we are putting the actual gameplay together.

You play as a self-taught mechanic. You do what you love, make some money, life is peaceful. Then one call from the local racing club changes everything. Your adventure begins with engine tuning. Are you game?

Apart from that - we are setting up the final lighting for the airport scene. More video footage soon. We also set up the workshop machinery and the new car. We are optimizing, developing the interface, making progress. There's much to look forward to!

We'll see you in the third week of May for a demo playthrough!

Best,
Darek
