Planned Full Release of Version 1.0 on February 5, 2026

[p]We are pleased to announce that Territory: Farming and Warfare will officially leave Early Access and launch as a full release on February 5, 2026.[/p][p]Over the past four years of continuous development, the game has gone through more than 800 version updates and over 3,000 optimizations and fixes. After long-term iteration and refinement, we believe the game has reached a level of stability, completeness, and overall quality that is ready to be presented as a full release.[/p][p]We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all players who participated in Early Access. Your feedback, suggestions, and ongoing support have been essential in shaping the game into what it is today.[/p][p]The full release is not the end of development, but the beginning of a new chapter.

Experience optimization


  • Balance Adjustment: Farmers’ sowing and harvesting tasks can now be interrupted to perform self-preservation tasks such as keeping warm or eating.

  • Balance Adjustment: Dragons can now deal damage to ships.

  • Optimization: Training grounds now only serve barracks within their service range.

  • Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where construction progress could remain stuck after being paused due to a large shortage of materials, even after sufficient materials were later supplied.

  • Balance Adjustment: Increased the priority of corpse collection tasks.

  • Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where the Hand of the Void could not collect corpses when residents died in bed.

  • Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where hired workers could not be discharged after enlisting as soldiers.
  • Balance Adjustment: Construction tasks assigned to builders can now be interrupted.
  • Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where preview tiles could sometimes be offset by one tile when placing drag-selected buildings (such as farms, pastures, etc.) in construction mode.
  • New Feature: Added a box-selection tool in God Mode to flatten and remove mountain terrain.
  • Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where corpses could become stuck when residents died on mountain paths, preventing cleanup.
  • Optimization: Residents outside the camera view no longer display status icon animations.
  • Bug Fix: Fixed an issue in the family tree where the lord’s spouse was incorrectly shown as “Demoted to Commoner.”

Experience Improvements

Optimization: When assigning free caravan tasks, check in advance whether the caravan driver can reach the task location
Optimization: Shelves can retrieve items from the Trading Post that exceed the Trading Post’s planned inventory
Bug Fix: Text not displaying when signboards are built in a lower position
Optimization: After disabling daily consumption on shelves, doctors are still allowed to move to the diagnosis table
Bug Fix: Residents occasionally getting stuck while queuing to use the toilet
Bug Fix: Laborers not feeding sugar to ant nests

Emergency Update

**Fixed** an issue where the **temporary worker system** caused construction tasks to run too slowly or even become stuck.
