* Added health bar and score. Added game over scene.
* Lower initial volume from 1 to 0.25.
* Add options menu for graphics and sound. Options button no longer disabled.
* Spawn stars closer so they move when you move.
* Change friction coefficient from 0.999 to 0.995 so spaceship stops moving when you don't press keys.
