In today’s update, you can optimize your strategy on three new maps, start from scratch with only a few villagers without their starting Town Center in the Nomad game mode, build new or improved Landmarks, and more! Age of Empires 4 season 4 adds a magic biome and enchanted stag
Historical RTS game Age of Empire 4 is getting a touch of magic in season four, which begins February 16. The new season introduces a unique new biome called the Enchanted Grove, which holds a mystical secret in its eerily lit forests. There are also three new maps, a new ranked season, a new game mode called Nomad, and some welcome improvements to the mod browser.

- Routine server updates and maintenance.
[h3]DETAILS[/h3]This coming Wednesday, February 15th, the platform team will be taking the multiplayer servers down for regular maintenance. Please note:
- Ranked matchmaking will disabled exactly one hour before the maintenance window to prevent disruption to newly-formed matches.
- Any matches still in progress at the start of the maintenance window will be disrupted when it begins.
- DURING THE MAINTENANCE WINDOW, YOU WILL STILL BE ABLE TO LAUNCH THE GAME, BUT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MATCHMAKE OR ACCESS ANY ONLINE FEATURES.
To prevent any interruptions, we recommend wrapping up any games at least 10 minutes before the maintenance window. The downtime is expected to last between 1 and 2 hours. You can watch this thread with any changes to the schedule as they arise, as well as the all-clear when the maintenance is complete.
