Cloud Synchronization Open test
Hi Dear players, the following message is very important! To protect your Save data, please read it carefully!
We will have a public test of the Steam cloud synchronization at 19:00 on August 26.
If the test results are OK, the cloud synchronization feature will be officially turned on after that.
Cloud synchronization: Steam will automatically get the latest local save data, upload them to the cloud, and when you switch devices, you can still get the save-data on your old device to play directly through your steam account. If you don't want to use this feature, you can right-click on Tale of Immortal, select properties, and remove the checkbox for cloud service in the settings according to the picture below.
To avoid problems with your saved data, please:
1. manually backup your game Save data in time.
If you can't find the file path, please click View in the top bar of the folder and choose Show hidden files.
2. Please don't use task manager to close steam during steam cloud synchronization.
3. If there is too much sav data, it will take a long time to synchronize for the first time, please wait patiently.
4. After officially enabling the cloud synchronization function, if you have a poor network or do not leave enough time for Steam to upload the archive during the game, there will be inconsistency between cloud and local data. If you encounter such a prompt, please check the difference of the archive carefully to choose to upload the archive to the cloud or download the archive to local to avoid losing your progress.
