Hot Fix

1. Fixed an issue with certain races caused by the new gantries which would cause continuous errors to be generated at the race start which would cause massive frame rate drops and the race would never start.

Windows Mixed Reality Update

This update adds support for Windows Mixed Reality (WMR) via SteamVR.

1. WMR controllers should now track correctly
2. WMR controllers should now have default bindings applied correctly
3. Removed co-pilot models from the Buzzard and Mako boats

Environment Update

This update introduces the new sky box generator and a few other environment tweaks....

Environment Updates

1. New Sky box generator with new day/night transitions
2. Night time now has stars and moon rendered
3. Fixed environmental reflections that would cause your boat to "glow" at night.
4. Fixed ocean foam around islands that would also "glow" at night.

General Updates

5. Added new Start/Finish inflatable gantry model.
6. Repositioned race information screen so that it fits on to the new gantry. It will also stay visible during the entire race rather than popping up only as you approach the start/finish line.

2D / Non VR Updates

7. You can now rotate the view while in 1st person view in the boat.
8. All camera rotation speeds have been increased
9. Switching from 1st to 3rd person view will reset the cameras back to their default rotation.
10. Increased dead zone slightly on view controls to prevent unwanted movement.

Minor Performance Update

This is a quick performance update. I found a bug in my reflection probe implementation that was causing a major slow down when lots of things were on the screen - in some cases it would drop frame rate by half!

I've now removed the reflection probe from the scene. The downside is that at night you may find your boat "glows" slightly due to the skybox reflections being too bright - I do have a fix for that :)

I've also removed the dual axis throttle option from the control config box. Don't worry, you can still set different axis for throttle up/throttle down, it was just the extra option wasn't required as you could already set different axis on the standard option.

This was causing confusion and conflicts between devices as effectively you could have 2 axis for throttle up and 2 for throttle down and the game wouldn't know which one to follow!

I will have a larger update ready shortly which will include the new start/finish gantry and some more race side objects, and of course work continues on the jet-skis!

Race Option Update 3

This is a straight to live update so please ensure you have opted out of any betas.

Race Options
1. When selecting a race course you will now see a map of the course
2. You can now choose the number of laps for a race
3. The race course length in KM will be displayed under the map
