Physics & Content Update
New updated released today that includes updated physics modelling and a new powerboat.
Additional Content
1. Fury Extreme powerboat - a small jet boat that is both light and fast. It is unlocked at 2,000xp although for early access it is available from the starting beach.
Physics Update
1. Updated the physics modelling to include a much better planing system.
2. General buoyancy of each boat has been updated so they don't sink as easily when loaded with cargo.
3. Buoyancy and planing forces have been modified to prevent excessive bouncing/pop off the waves. Mainly effects the larger boats which would get airborne a little too easily.
Fixes
1. Fixed an issue where you wouldn't be able to switch to a new boat via the tablet's rewards screen.
2. Fixed the finger point gesture zone on the Bluefin so that it won't activate when grabbing the steering wheel.
This update now finalises the overall physics system which means I can move on creating new content!
The primary focus of the next few updates will be reworking the cargo delivery system so that it works around pre-set "missions". These will take the form of point-2-point rally races against the clock. Each mission will be require you to delivery cargo, amongst other things, in a set boat with specific time of day/weather conditions. Scores will then be shared on a world wide leader board.
