The much-needed ability to skip through the tutorial has been added. This can be done by spamming LMB/SPC until the sequence concludes.

I've just put out an update for the game. Here is a list of what has changed:
Player damage now matches the default amount of damage that turrets do, and scales identically when using Weapon Upgrade Parts.
Fixed a visual bug related to map borders caused by previous brightness update.
Allocating S.E.L.F. points to Strength or picking up Strength tabs will now grant +15 Max WT per point, compared to the previous amount of +5. This should prevent near-constant over-encumbrance in the late-game.
Reduced the overall time it takes for a turret upgrade to finish. Instead of this taking 11 seconds, it now takes 5.5. This should allow for faster and more efficient progression with turrets.

Update - Build 1.0.0.50
Hi folks,
I've just put out an update that increases the in-game brightness value by 11x. Now, you can faintly make out ore nodes and pockets of loot. Hopefully this will resolve concerns about brightness being an issue.
