March Update Feedback Recap

Through the March Update survey, we’ve gathered the following key feedback and are sharing our direction with you:

[Weapon Balance]
Recent adjustments to weapon balance, as well as the new base weapon 'Gilboa', have received overall positive responses.
For Gilboa, players have evaluated it as having appropriate performance, rather than being overpowered, and many expressed hope for more well-adjusted weapons to be added in the future.

On the other hand, there are still ongoing concerns about the excessive performance of certain weapons such as the TC-9 and Raven Pro.
We are monitoring these balance issues closely and will be conducting a separate survey to gather more specific feedback on these weapons.

[New Maps]
The new maps 'Jinguashi' and 'Blind Eagle' have generally received high satisfaction.
'Blind Eagle' has been praised for its strategic gameplay, while there were mixed opinions about the map size of 'Jinguashi'.
Based on this feedback, we will continue focusing on designing maps that accommodate various playstyles.

[Quick Match Mode Feedback]
We’ve received various requests for improvements related to Quick Match rotation, mode configuration, and team balance.
In particular, we are aware of the issues with matchmaking difficulties in the EU region and the desire for players to freely play all maps, and we are considering ways to address these concerns.

For new maps and modes, we are balancing the introduction between Quick Match and Custom Channels.
In the future, new modes will be introduced to Quick Match first and gradually made available in Custom Channels after a period.
Through this approach, we aim to expand the environment where players can enjoy a variety of content freely.

[EXP & Level-Up Rewards]
Adjustments to AI experience points and kill targets have received positive feedback, but there were some concerns about level-up rewards.
Based on this feedback, we revamped the level-up reward system in the April update.
We will continue to review and monitor player feedback on these changes.

[Other Suggestions]
The frequently mentioned memory crash issues are currently being prioritized by the development team.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by unexpected game closures or malfunctions.
We are thoroughly analyzing the cause of the issue and will do our best to resolve it quickly, ensuring a stable environment for players.

Additionally, we’ve received feedback on the skin combination system, rewards for players over level 200, and other areas.
We will continue to update the reward components on a monthly basis to ensure players above level 200 can still enjoy a steady flow of AVA Coins and engaging rewards.
