On January 31st, our new content 'Skin Combination' was added through the January patch.
This system was A.V.A Global's new content that we tried for the very first time, and we could receive various feedback from users.

We observed that there is still room for improvement and noted your concerns about the Skin Combination system.

First of all, the skins that can be obtained via the Skin Combination system - about which A.V.A Global users are most concerned - are structurally built to be significantly more challenging to obtain than in the Capsule Shop.

To get a high-tier skin through the Skin Combination system, you need to consume almost the same or more Euros/Medals as you do in the Capsule Shop, and the chances of earning a specific skin that a user wants are significantly lower.

We have designed this Skin Combination system very carefully to add a bit of fun to the gameplay, without ruining users' core experience of choosing to obtain specific skins from the capsule shop.

We want to reassure you that we value all the content in A.V.A Global equally - not just Skin Combination - so the users who obtain skins through different methods will never be treated unequally.

To minimize users' concerns, the list of skins that are obtainable from Skin Combination will be separated from the Capsule Shop Skin list from Capsules released from now on.

Since A.V.A Global's official launch last year, we have added various new content to provide enjoyable gameplay experiences.
We promise to continue listening to your feedback and actively improving A.V.A Global in the future.
