We have banned many users who violated the Code of Conduct and EULA.
We have also found that there are users using unauthorized third-party programs which are also against our EULA.
In particular, this week, we strengthened the system monitoring to verify unhealthy users and detected and banned more than 200 accounts for hardware forgery and illegal third-party program use.
Please make sure not to use suspicious programs which may jeopardize your account status.
Also, note that we recommend you secure your account to avoid any unfortunate sanctions.
In addition, we have a number of observation records that record abnormal methods of game play (e.g. abnormal KDA, SD).
Please note that strong measures will be taken against the users who abuse the system.
We will continuously update the anti-cheat, to catch cheaters and we promise to keep the community safe.
You may also report cheaters via 'Hack report' in-game which makes it easier for the system to detect.
Lastly, we are preparing a way to disclose the cheating users in the future so please stay tuned!

P.S. Incredibly, some violators sent a message regarding their account to claim innocence. Please be aware that our team is aware of the violator's negative conduct, so claiming innocence will not work because we have 0 tolerance for violations.
