Update notes for build #5305

Hello everybody!

Changes in this new version:

• Better compatibility with GTA V mod FiveM
  
• Added RGBA editing mode in built-in Crosshair Editor.
  
• Added several crosshairs in the built-in crosshairs list
  
• Added "almost transparent" warning for color mask
  
• Fixed serious Vulkan API bug which can produce crashes on a game start up
