Nothing to it, the demo of the game NA.NO is now available to all friendly human. Thanks to this individual passionate about biology, to this character absent from social networks, but passionate about life, science, and computers, ---> Dr Brump! (Sounds like me, but I'm not a doctor anyway).

This project has a long way to go and you can help by simply playing NA.NO. Be curious of its mechanic, be mesmerized by its bloodstream or even, study medicine, and just poke me from time to time and suggest our next destination in the human body.

Hot fix 1.23b

Corrections:
1- When the organism reached 0%, a function was not called properly and prevented a certain ending.
2- Reset of upgrades and perks for the player without restarting the game was inconsistent.

Update 1.23

Hello everyone,

I have been working on some new stuff and some bug squishing, so I merged all changes into a more complete update and reached 1.23.

What is 1.23 ?
Below is a list with some explanations of all tweaks, bugs, and development included in this update.


Tweaks section :

1- Changed the Bait duration from 60 seconds to 30 seconds.
-To lower the wait time of a new launch since only one bait can be launched at a time.
-To avoid the waste of a longer dissolution time without Tetani bacteria to attract,




Bug squish section :

1- Parallax background paused for a short time lapse.
-Depending on direction of bloodstream, some layers paused every now and then for a second.

2- Crashing of the game in a specific situation where the mutation was reaching the artery exit with bullets/hormones attached.




New Stuff section :

1- A visual effect to witness some damage.
Most weapons the nanobot uses can also harm the organism, either bullets, electricity, ultraviolet wave or sonic mines.
From now on, a darker shade will represent the damage done by bullets and the ultraviolet wave on the organism.

2- An alarm for the urgent situation.
The heartbeat and bloodstream adjusts themselves as the organism's health lowers, however, if this value reaches 10% or less, a cardiograph sound will trigger to alert the player of the serious situation.

3- A transition effect between game scenes.
Between the game levels or navigating between game scenes, a smooth transition polishes the game navigation.

4- A blinking animation for the selector frame.
A more visual selection frame for ease of navigation in the option scene.

5- New option to diminish the red blood cells count.
If you wish to play with the anemia blood composition, this option is now available and will reduce considerably the number of red blood cells in the background.

Update 1.21 - Bloodstream

Hello everyone,

Since I wanted the game's fantasy to be based (at a certain ratio) on reality and facts of the human body or biology in general, I can confess the blood composition was completely out of my alignment. I had difficulty getting it to work to be fair and let mostly the smaller parts (platelets) to be floating around at the heartbeat rhythm.

But the blood composition is mostly of plasma 55%, red blood cells 41% and roughly 4% of white blood cells and platelets.

So today, the minor update will prove to be a major immersion for the players as the new blood composition of the game gets a far more satisfying appearance.

There are also some minor tweaks to the game related to the balance of play/perks/unlocks listed below :

1-Diminishment of the amount of damage the Tetani bacteria generates to the organism by its presence from 0.02 to 0.01. Better chances to reach further levels and unlock special achievements in the future.

2-Diminishment of the DEL light strength from Nanobot to prevent a blast of red colors from the new parallax background.

3-Adjustments to the positive and negative emotion icons created by Nanobot's DEL light with the new parallax background.

4-Bait no longer attract the Botulinum bacteria. The player must now rely on other means or white cells defense.

5-Chances of spawning other enemies is now 20% instead of 15%.

6-Number of Special molecules, spawning from the hidden glands in the level are now within a range of 1 to 3.
