Update Notes March 20th

- Fix Drawing tools not working
- When editing your own word lists, there will no longer be phantom duplicates
- Disable character shadow settings by default. They can be enabled in settings again.
- When kicked from a lobby, the lobby is now hidden from the lobby list.
