Map Editor BETA 13

Hey folks!

This patch takes care of a multitude of issues, updates some map editor UI icons, and adds russian localization for the map editor text. The main game branch has been updated to accommodate these changes.

BETA 13:
- updated russian and german localizations with map editor strings
- non-placeholder icons for edit modes (finally!)
- cutscene/scene action list is now sorted by alphabet
- removed door closed/open angle controls (obsolete, unused!)
- fixed an issue related to the localization module not displaying the newly-entered dialogue/objective/talk text, and complaining about said mismatched duplicate localized text
- fixed leaving game mode in the map editor while inside a vent shaft not correctly removing all the vent shaft key display elements
- fixed a crash introduced in the previous beta related to some of the objects in object placement mode
- fixed objectives showing "objectiveTask:getProgressText()" in the upper left corner of the screen when progress tracking is enabled (that was debug text that I forgot to replace!)
- fixed some problems related to task track HUD elements
- fixed keycard_door class objects not having the "Unbreakable when locked" checkbox
- fixed door class objects not properly transfering the object preview placement "Unbreakable when locked" modifier
- fixed bullets ricocheting off 'Bush' type walls
- fixed the combat music sometimes kicking in instantly, instead of waiting until the enemy fires off their first shot

As a reminder, you can opt into the 'mapeditor' branch at any time. It is currently in the BETA test phase, so expect issues. If you wanted to try your hand at making maps - now would be a good time, as you would not only make your own content, but also help with reporting bugs and giving feedback.
