Game patch 1.0.16

Hey folks!

This patch adjusts the savefiles to give the player a breather when they choose to thoroughly search the levels. There are two reasons why I decided to give the player a savefile, as opposed to force-saving at certain points, which are:
1. the player could be in combat, and with the game's dynamic nature, it could create the save in a bad spot
2. the player should be in charge of deciding where and when they want to save their game

Version 1.0.16:
- further tweaked night-vision goggles to be more useful in pitch-black areas
- picking up a unique weapon found on a level now grants extra savefiles based on the difficulty (Normal: +1; True +1; Masochist: 0), the savefiles are granted only once (even if you find >1 unique weapon on the level, you will only get the extra savefiles once)
- some of the level-specific dialogue tied to progressing in the levels will now grant the player extra savefiles based on the difficulty (Normal: +1; True +1; Masochist: 0), affected level list (SPOILERS):
* Druggie Ghetto - 3 instances
* Druggie Slums - 2 instances
* Apartment Complex - 2 instances
* Abandoned Warehouse - 2 instances
* Repurposed Factory - 2 instances
* Shopkeeper's Mansion - 1 instance
* Abandoned Complex - 0 instances
* 'Luxus' Incorporated Complex - 2 instances
* Steve's house - 0 instances
* Empathetic's Restaurant - 2 instances
* Drug Mob Casino - 0 instances
* Epilogue - 0 instances
