Game patch 1.2.9

This small patch fixes a rather serious issue, reported just now by a community member.
Version 1.2.9:
- fixed a crash that occurred when loading a level through the new game+ menu while using a custom difficulty
- fixed some problems with displaying weapons unlocked for the custom difficulty
