0.4.7 | NEW MIRACLES TIER



Sker Islanders, we hope you've been enjoying last week's ultimate enemy update! How have you been handling the new and improved Quiet Ones? This week, we would like to introduce you to a brand new Tier of Miracles and with even more on the way! Prepare for an abundance of brand new build combinations and opportunities to make your Sker Ritual experiences all the more exciting with each round!



This graphic represents the present and exciting future for Sker Ritual's Miracle System. So expect more Miracle updates and additions coming soon...or maybe even in the next update...

Patch v.0.4.7 - UPCOMING [/h3]

MIRACLES - INTRODUCING TIER 2

- Added 24 Tier 2 Miracles, which provide a lot of passive modifiers to the player and abilities. To access Tier 2, you must have at least 2 miracles of a type chosen, which will show you the new ones of that type

NEWLY ADDED

- Added Abraham's Chain Pull ability back in Phase 1
- Moved boss name display closer to the health bar UI

ISSUE FIXES

- Fixed an issue causing the damage over time applied from Triggers to be stuck on a player if they exit the trigger on the exact same frame that they get damaged in
- Fixed an issue with Miracle Tooltips showing negatives numbers in some calculations
- Fixed an issue with characters in the main menu screen not doing their idle animation
- Fixed an issue with Torch and Lantern not reequipping after using healing and ultimate abilities
- Fixed an issue with jittering player while in The Stranger's Lands in "Sewers of the Dead"
- Fixed an issue causing crash if a enemy with damage reflection hits a target that also has damage reflection

0.4.6 | ULTIMATE ENEMY UPDATE



Sker Islanders, we hope you're ready for the latest and greatest update from our dev team! We have a MAMMOTH patch for you that is chock-full of enemy additions, updates and improvements. Check them all out below!


[h3]Sker Ritual
Patch v.0.4.6 - 21/07/2023 [/h3]



NEW ENEMY
- "King of the Rats" - Appears during the "Cometh the Monster" objective in "Sewers of the Dead", replacing the giant mutated rat enemy
- "The Stranger" now appears randomly in "Sewers of the Dead"

BOSS UPDATES

Abraham - Cursed Lands of Lavernock
- Encounter is now split in 3 Phases with each phase receiving extra abilities
- Phase 2 Starts at 66% and Phase 3 at 33%
- Added a new charged blast ability that damages anyone near him
- Added a new jumping slam ability that sends fireballs all over the room
- Added damage and speed buffs when he hits 66% and 33%
- Replaced animation on frontal slam
- Amount of adds he spawns increased with each phase
- Amount of heated floors & damage rate increased with each phase
- Model changes at 33% to show the damage caused to him

Isaac - The Ashes of Sker Hotel
- Encounter is now split in 2 Phases with each phase receiving extra abilities
- Phase 2 Starts at 50%
- Added a new lightning bolt wave ability, which shoots several lightning bolts out of Isaac that can bounce off the environment
- Added damage and speed buffs when he hits 50%

Balor - Deadly Lover's Fortress
- Overhauled encountres completely
- Each variant of balor receives extra abilities
- Added a new lunge ability
- Added a new shockwave slam ability
- Added a new whirlwind melee attack ability which damages anyone nearby as he moves across
- Added 2 new melee attack combinations which also end with fireballs in every direction
- Updated models for all of his variants



ENEMY UPDATES

Knights of Sker
- Added a new ranged projectile ability
- Added a new melee combo ability
- Updated Models
- Updated movement animations

Demon Hag
- Added a new ranged poison spit ability that leaves a damage over time effect on whoever gets hit
- Added a new poison trail ability
- Removed laser beam ability

Mariner
- Adjusted timing for the beam ability visual effect

Abraham (Stalker)
- Has received a new Slam attack ability

Isaac (Stalker)
- Has received a new lightning bolt wave ability, which shoots several lightning bolts out of him that can bounce off the environment

Guto
-Has a new ability that allows him to create a clone of himself once he hits 50% health

Husk
-Now spews explosive damage to nearby players while he remains alive after his head has exploded



ISSUE FIXES
- Fixed a bug causing damage scaling on enemies to only apply to their auto attacks, all their abilities use damage scaling when applied
- Fixed a bug causing the "Husk" to not explode when his head is hit

BRAND NEW - King of the Rats

Sker Islanders, there's no patch this week but that's because our team are preparing for a very exciting one next week that we know you're going to love!

However, we can't help but tease you, which is why we must warn you that when you delve back into the Sewers of the Dead next week, there will be...something more horrfying and more deadly awaiting you there.



The Rat King is dead but Long Live the King of the Rats, with a terrifying new look, abilities and move set!

Patch v.0.4.5 - 07/07/2023 [/h3]

NEWLY ADDED

- Added an option to show Player Health Text
- Added a third-person animation for when a player throws a Molotov and drinks elixirs
- Added a run to the "Abomination" enemy
- Added a run to the "Mariner" enemy
- Enemies will receive a 10% speed increase when there are less than 6 left in a round, this increases after each enemy dies, until the last one moves at 50% increased speed
- Lowered the intensity of miracle modified visuals on Molotovs, Ultimates, and the "Shattering Edge" weapon
- Removed the difficulty icon under the Rounds Interface when playing on Normal

ISSUE FIXES

- Fixed a bug causing an extra slot to appear in the Miracle Menu
- Fixed a bug causing the Miracle menu to not animate properly when playing solo since it was made to pause the game
- Fixed a bug causing enemies to get stuck if their projectile ability hits it's target before they are finished animating

Patch v.0.4.4 - 30/06/2023 [/h3]

NEWLY ADDED

- Added a Waypoint Marker when a teammate dies and can be Revived for free with a timer counting down

- Interacts which require to be held now show a black circle around the button and fill up further when pressed shortly

ISSUE FIXES

- Fixed an issue causing the Interact UI when holding to be stuck if you use an ability while holding
- Fixed an issue causing AI to ignore it's cooldowns on reaction behaviours
- Fixed an issue causing AI to be able to start abilities when staggered
- Fixed an issue causing the correct profile level to not display in Inspect Player Profile menus
- Fixed an issue with The Stranger boss gliding through unintended environment
- Adjusted health bar for the The Stranger underground bodies
- Fixed an issue causing some shockwave decals to appear in the air and render incorrectly
- Fix potential issue with multiple Oil pots being used on a single interact on Deadly Lover's Fortress
