Hi all,

I've brought over some fixes and tweaks from the PlayStation port.

- Fixed lighting bugs, explosions now light the local area
- Added a debris detail option. You can choose between low, medium and high
- Fixed issue with not being able to destroy the snake's tail


These changes are on the 'testing' branch if you want to give them a try.
Steam Library->BH3->Properties->Betas->Select 'Testing'
