1. Switching Method
   Right-click Survival Settlement in the Steam LIBRARY, select 👉Properties - 👉BETAS, and choose the game version👉（alpha） you want to participate. No need to fill in any code and the game will switch to the version of your choice after closing the window. (In some cases the game may need update and Steam restart.)

Halloween Event:

• The Wonder Building Giant Jack-o-Lantern is now available. Holding the feast can reduce citizens' stress and obtain pumpkin treats.
  
• The recipe for the Pumpkin treats is now available in the Candy Workshop.
  
• The recipe for the Pumpkin Head is now available in tailors.
  
• The output and size of pumpkins will increase during the event. Opening a new game can obtain Pumpkin Seeds.
  
• Special events will be triggered during the Halloween event.
  
• Citizens equipped with a Pumpkin Head during the event will have a special appearance.
  
• The remodeling Scarecrow of farmlands will have a special appearance during the event.
  
• Houses and marketplaces will be added with festive decorations during the event.

[Important] This update is implemented only in the testing version (Alpha) of our game and will not be synchronized to the stable release version (steam default one) until it is stable enough.
If you want to experience new contents in advance, you can manually switch the game to the Alpha version as described below.

2. Game Saves Compatibility
   In cases of major content changes or new contents, game save file in Alpha and stable version may not be compatible.
   We will try to avoid this situation as much as possible and will post a notice about save file usage in advance if necessary.

   In Alpha version, you may come across more bugs or crashes. No need to panic. Just contact us through the following ways.

UI Display:

Feature Adjustments:

• Adjusted the condition of unlocking edicts Brand Premium and Luxury Carriages. Now they can be unlocked by building any Moderate Attractions or Advanced Attractions.
  
• Improved the lighting effect of buildings.
  

UI Improvements:

• Improved the logic of when the reappointment button appears.
  
• Improved the description of the auto-reappointment feature.
  
• Added a prompt text to explain the situation that administrators who are selected for auto-reappointment will have other administrators take over their jobs when retiring.
