[Battle]Racial check is now more accurate to avoid certain elemental miscalculations from equipment and state effects. (Technically, we get a new "element_rate_raw" function to get the purest result.)
[Special Attribution]Added a new special attribution that can neutralize any elemental, including the racial, aspect of a character.
[State Effect]New State Effect: Dehumanized. (Characters under this effect will not be considered human in battle calculations.)
[Skill]New Skill: Dehumanize Speech.
