Yes, the Perfect World messed up some good games like Torchlight just like EA does to those studios they acquired.
Yes, the Perfect World made some quite money-hunger mobile games just like Gameloft does.
People can have many reasons to hate that company.
But, not because some media calls games opium. Not because playing games is wrong especially in a nation that has the harshest game censorship in place already.
Thus, I am once again a shareholder of Perfect World to fight such injustice to everyone in this industry.
There are some deficits in my account right now. But, I don't think that can be a big problem. After all, It's one of the best game companies that can be bought in China with a relatively low P/E.

As the DLL of Time has been upgraded from the old 2013 version compiled with VC6. (Now with VS2019) Some functions are added on the C++ side.
It results in a utility item that can quickly calculate the days between two dates which may be helpful both in and out of the game.
For example, I am using it to calculate interests in lawsuits. (I am also an attorney if you don't already know.)
That seems also quite fit the Illuminaughty way of life.

Upgraded SAPCTIMER.dll to a much modern environment. (Last built was from 2013 made with the ancient VC6. The current build is made with VS2019 )
Added more functionalities to SAPCTIMER.dll such as calculating days between 2 dates.
Please let me know if it causes any problems. (In theory, there shall not be any dependency on any Microsoft libraries involved in this upgrade. But, I am unable to test that on all the operating systems.)
