Balance adjustment
1. Slightly reduced the movement speed of Simulated Spoon Fury
2. Adjusted to reduce the cooldown of the Simulated Sage Sphere
3. Slightly reduced the range, duration, and percentage deceleration of the simulated enemy
4. Agents can no longer use the Master Star ability when Simulative Grungy is in the Casting Area
